1.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the trik88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonuses.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, sports event, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered by trik88.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid identification documents.

2.Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use trik88 services. We strictly enforce this age requirement and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.4 Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account with trik88. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process: To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Identity Verification: trik88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), proof of address, selfie verification, and bank account verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or result in failed transactions.

3.5 Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password. trik88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access was directly caused by our negligence.

4.Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: trik88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Source of Funds: You warrant that all deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity. trik88 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request supporting documentation. Deposits linked to fraudulent activity will be reversed and the account permanently closed.

4.5 Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

4.6 No Deposit Fees: trik88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals can be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though daily limits apply based on your VIP membership tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time: For verified accounts, withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes on average. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50 million may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24 hours.

5.4 KYC Requirements: Before processing your first withdrawal, trik88 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear photo of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) and a selfie holding the ID card. Withdrawals will be suspended until KYC verification is complete.

5.5 Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.6 No Withdrawal Fees: trik88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply their own processing charges.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, trik88 reserves the right to request additional documentation regarding large withdrawals or suspicious transaction patterns. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crimes.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of trik88 and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Not all Players may be eligible for every promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 1x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Game contributions toward wagering vary: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 50%.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is Rp 50.000 for casino games and Rp 100.000 for sports bets. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse: trik88 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting with other Players, and exploiting software errors. Detected abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.5 Bonus Expiration: Bonuses have validity periods ranging from 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire automatically after the validity period.

6.6 One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts will result in permanent suspension.

7.Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by trik88. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes or suspicious betting patterns.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules: For sports betting (including bandar bola football markets, mix parlay combinations, and Asian handicap bets), all results are determined by official league sources. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Overtime and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly included in the market description.

7.3 Postponed or Abandoned Events: If a sports event is postponed or abandoned, bets will generally stand if the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. If the event is not completed within this timeframe, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.7 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure: collusion with other Players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, insider betting (using non-public information), and any form of cheating or manipulation.

8.Responsible Gaming

You are solely responsible for managing your gaming activity and ensuring it remains within your financial means.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

10.3 Investigation Period: During investigations, accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals frozen. Investigations typically conclude within 30 days. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

10.4 Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. An inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances. We will notify you via email before applying inactivity fees.

11.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in our licensing jurisdiction.

11.3 Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against trik88.
